Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are written as a security for you as a customer, and before you make a purchase, we therefore ask you to read them carefully. Purchases made on caniscerto.com link to these terms and conditions.
For the sake of clarity, in the following text we will refer to the customer as "you", Canis Certo AB as "we".
Canis Certo AB is not held responsible for external circumstances. We refer to the Swedish law "Distance agreements and agreements outside business premises" (2005:59).
Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via contact message to info@caniscerto.com
Are you under 18? Then the guardian's approval is required before the order can be completed.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-5 working days within Sweden. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are sent on the following Monday at the earliest.
Delivery time vary depending on the delivery option you choose, and you can see the estimated delivery date in the checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and may be longer during promotional periods. Canis Certo AB is not responsible for any delays when shipping outside Sweden.
If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time) you should contact us at the e-mail address: info@caniscerto.com
If you do not collect your package, you will be charged for the actual round-trip shipping cost, as well as an administrative fee of Eur 40 (or equivalent in local currency). This is charged when we settle your refund.
If you as a customer have provided the wrong information related to your order, Canis Certo AB is not responsible if the delivery does not reach the customer.
We reserve the right to discontinue products. If you have ordrered a product that has, is or will be discontinued, we will contact you at the specified email address or telephone number to inform you about other options. As we use some Limited Edition products, we want to draw your attention to the fact that the "first come, first serve" principle applies. Limited Edition means that the product will not be replenished in our range again, but is produced in a limited edition.
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK for Swedish visitors and EUR for foreign visitors and all prices include 25% VAT. For orders made in a country within the EU, VAT is included in the price. For orders made in a country outside the EU, the prices are excluding of taxes.
We reserve the right to adjust prices caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information.
Customs and taxes for countries outside the EU
If an order is sent to a country outside the EU, possible import duty and tax may be added, these are charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. The taxes that is added is based on your total order value. It should be noted that Canis Certo AB has no control over these fees as these are different for different countries. Canis Certo AB cannot therefore predict the amount of these costs.
Please contact your local customs office for further information.
When you place an order with us from outside of the EU, you are agreeing to pay the tax and duty charges that are specific to your country. It is the customers responsibility to pay for tax and duty charges. Before delivery, customs/your courier will contact you to pay these charges. You will not receive your order without paying. An order can not be cancelled or returned unless these charges have been cleared. Delay or refusal when paying for these charges, will result in your shipment being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Return policy
When you order from our website, you always have 14 days right to withdraw from purchases according to the The Act on Distance Contracts and Of - Premises Contracts. This means that you as a customer have the right to withdraw from your purchase by contacting us at Canis Certo AB within 14 days from receiving the ordered item.
How to return:
You must announce that you want to make a refund. The message must be sent to retur@caniscerto.com. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
When we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the product(s). We will not refund the shipping costs from the original purchase.
Returned products must be returned in unchanged and unused condition. This means that labels and protective plastic must remain in the same condition as when the product(s) were delivered. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging and delivered in the same way as you received them for the return to be approved.
If the return is damaged as mentioned above, or demonstrates for example torn labels, dirt, or hair, Canis Certo AB has the right to charge you for the damage to the product. This charge can amount to 100% of the value of the product if it is not considered to be in saleable condition. You will then receive a refund minus the reduction for the damaged product.
The refund is made as soon as we have received and checked the product condition. The refund applies to the returned product. The refund is always made to the same payment method that you used for the payment of your order. The cost for the original shipping will not be refunded.
The right to return does not apply if:
Products returned with tags removed, stains or other damage to the garment.
If you have purchased your Canis Certo product from a private person, we unfortunately cannot help you with possible exchanges/complaints.

Claims and complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current The Act on Distance Contracts and Of - Premises Contracts, to rectify the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to us at retur@caniscerto.com, where you state your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, order number and a description of the error.
If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable The Act on Distance Contracts and Of - Premises Contracts. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current The Act on Distance Contracts and Of - Premises Contracts. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). More information is available at the Swedish Consumer Agency.
If a dispute arises between you as a customer and Canis Certo AB and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you can submit a complaint to the EU’s online dispute resolution service (ODR). More information can be found via the following link Online Dispute Resolution | European Commission (europa.eu)

If you wish to change to another size, it is easiest to return first and then place a new order. See the "return policy" section.
Limitation of liability / Force Majeure
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and discontinuation of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.

According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website for privacy purposes must be informed that cookies are being used. Privacy Policy
By shopping at Canis Certo AB (Org. no. 559472-1333) you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis.
Canis Certo AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order and in the instances when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - in order to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.
The information below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What is personal data?
Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.
What information do we store?
In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.
Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.
Legal basis
In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you.
Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent.
Payment provider
When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna, PayPal.
Freight partner
In order to deliver your orders and complete our contract, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
The shipping companies we work with are DHL and Postnord.
Newsletter
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes
The right of access
You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.
Right to rectification
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.
The right to be forgotten
You can at any time request that the data relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be retained because we have to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).

This is how we protect your personal data
We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords in a secure manner.
We use Shopify as a platform.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
Dispute and choice of law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, see arn.se. In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
