How it all began

At dog shows, the premium dogs are gathered. The dogs are presented in peak condition whilst trained to showcase their best look. Of course we as handlers should team up with our companions and look our very best toghether. The first impression in the ring always lasts. 

At the end of the day, dog shows are tough competitions and to make that impression and go for a good position, the training, teamwork and presentation is of outmost importance.

We think that every dog show should be turned into a party!
Canis Certo was founded because we had identified a gap in the market for clothes designed to be comfortable and functional and at the same time make the handler look just as amazing as the dog he or she is showing.
We had a hard time ourselves to find good looking suits with the perfect fabrics and features for dog handling. We couldn’t accept that we had to be in the ring with stiff dresses and jackets that wasn´t made for sitting down, bending to lift the dog up and then run along the side of our dogs. We wanted to create suits that we wanted to wear ourselves, and the designs to be were already clear in our vision.
It took more than a year to find the perfect fabrics and develop the different models together with the tailors. The collection we now present are created with a high level of attention for details and functionality. The Canis Certo collections are made in limited ranges of each design.
